We're a small team here at Livingstore but we always have time for our customers! We want to provide you with the best level of service possible, so we're available on email, chat, and phone.

1. Selecting items
On the website, all the available products for sale are pictured. To purchase a particular item simply click on the ADD TO CART button. You can then continue shopping or view cart and checkout. If you want to continue shopping, keep browsing and adding items in this way.

2. Your cart
You can review your items at any time by clicking on MY CART on the top of the page. Once you're viewing your shopping cart, you can delete items and change quantities as necessary. To amend the quantity simply highlight the quantity and change it to the quantity you wish to purchase and click on update shopping cart. To delete an item change the quantity to zero or click the X button on the right side of the table, and click on update shopping cart. To continue shopping simply click on ‘continue shopping’ button.

3. Checkout
Once you are happy with your order, click on the  PROCEED TO CHECK OUT button.  To continue, enter your details in the following sections:

If you are already have a Livingstore customer account, please login by entering your email address and password. Otherwise, you can sign up for an account or simply checkout as a guest. Please ensure you complete all your contact details correctly as we may need to contact you in regards to your purchase.

You can pay with credit card, Paypal or via bank deposit.

1. Credit Card - Use Paypal to pay securely with credit card, or select Paypal as your payment method. You do not need to have a Paypal account to do this.Then click on PLACE ORDER and you will be led to a Paypal page where you only have to submit your credit card details. The payment will be processed via Paypal. 

2. Paypal - Select Paypal as your payment method and then click on PLACE ORDER. After submitting your order, you will be led to the Paypal payment page. Simply log in to your Paypal account to complete the payment.


Once the payment is confirmed, our team will get your order packed and shipped. This may come from our existing stock or come directly from our supplier or dropshipper.

If a popular item has sold out we will contact you by phone or email and refund you or offer you an alternative. This will be done within 3 business days of your order. 

Please note that if a refund is required, once requested monies can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.

If we are expecting stock to come in later, we will notify you and you can choose to either wait for the product to come into stock, change to a different product or cancel your order. 


All our products are stock from the authorised local distributors, therefore they come with the Australian plug and full Australian warranty. 

For any faults and returns, please contact us first and we will help you determine the next best course of action. Sometimes, you will find that the product is not faulty but is just being used incorrectly. Contacting us first and explaining the whole situation to us will help us diagnose the issue and possibly save you the cost and trouble of sending the whole product back to us for a diagnosis.
