Shipping method

All orders are sent via Registered Post or a courier, which means that:

✔ a signature is required upon delivery; 
✔ tracking is available online, and;
✔ your order will not be left unattended if noone is there to receive the delivery. 

If you're not home when it arrives, Australia Post or the courier will leave you a card in your mailbox and get you to collect it from the post office another day.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once it's shipped out from our warehouse. You will be able to track it on or via the courier's website, which will be included as a link in your email along with your tracking number.

Shipping times

Items that are in stock are normally shipped out the next 1 to 3 business days. If there are any delays in shipping out your order, we will notify you via email or phone. 

Please note that orders will only be shipped out once the full payment is received. Payment may take 1-3 days for bank deposit payments, so please keep this in mind! 

Delivery times may vary based on Australia Post’s delivery schedule. Metro areas usually receive items in 2-3 working days, whereas rural areas usually receive items in 5-7 working days. The best way to keep track of delivery times is to use the tracking number provided to you via email when we post out your order.

Need something shipped express?

We now offer express shipping as an option. Express postage is sent via Australia Post Express, and will incur additional charges. The cost for express shipping will vary depending on the weight of your total order and the shipping address location.

Australia Post's Express Service only guaranteed for areas within the Express Post delivery network. Please visit the Australia Post Express Post information page to find out more.

Livingstore will make every effort to ship out Express Shipping orders on the same or next business day, but will not be held liable for delays in delivery after posting your order with Australia Post Express.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to all locations in Australia including PO Boxes. We do not currently offer international shipping.

When including your address, do make it as complete as possible. If it's a business address, be sure to include the business or company name to make things easier and less confusing for the post man. 

Pick Up

We do not currently offer pick up from our warehouse. But hey it doesn't matter anyway, because we ship everything for free!

If you received your order from us and the parcel is damaged or the product is DOA, please contact us. For more information, please read our Returns Policy.
